I would hang this beautiful, atmospheric oceanic piece by Jane Millington over a bed where it can be appreciated regularly. I would lean into the blue hues and create a haven in varying shades to build on the serenity of the painting, allowing texture and form to prevail. To do this I would add in a Lewis Bed from Jardan in blue suede and some functional block colour Dash Bedside tables by Danish brand Montana Furniture. The space needs a sculptural element to balance against this evocative painting, so I would include an Extra Bold armchair in Navy Blue from French-based Moustache, and then tie it all together with a deep navy blue rug from Armadillo.
