Designer’s Brief: Da Claong

Industry-leading interior designer Fiona Gould creates a bespoke look for this work of art by Da Clong.

“The high-energy movement across this piece by Da Claong would be a welcome sight at an entryway. I see it hung on a concrete wall and styled with hints of deep jewel tones to create a rich, visual feast for the eyes. The Agra rug in Juniper green by Armadillo and Co would compliment the deep amethyst tones beautifully, and I would pair with an upholstered armchair in a deep plum brown tone like the Alva in Piccolo from Sarah Ellison. Styled with a sculptural black ceramic vessel by Eloise White atop a bone inlay sideboard with intricate detail which will balance the space.”
