Brisbane artist Darcelle Medlyn uses her practice to navigate the corners of the human brain, expressing complex emotions and reflecting on change and identity. Her works in mixed media and installation provide a platform to question social constructs, and personal and collective experiences. She completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Visual Art) at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, in late 2022.
