Caught In The Moment
Inspired by twentieth century European and American artists and a passion for painting with oils, Susannah Bond conjures her figures to the surface of the canvas as she applies layers of particular colour and texture. In this series, using minimal palette and form, she deftly extracts the facial expressions and body language of her subjects to record a vivid mood and moment in time.
