KERRY-ANNE BLANKET
This contemporary photographic work uniquely re-arranges and re-imagines the landscape as we know it. The juxtapositioning of different parts of the scene as individual blocks adds an extra dimension to the landscape. This piece would be perfectly positioned in a living space, allowing the viewer time to review and reflect over the work.

The artist’s decision to grid the artwork makes the tangle of branches duplicate and mismatch. This work is reminiscent of watching time drift by whilst lying on one’s back in a park. This artwork would be best suited hung with other strong, tonal works.
