There is a wonderful immediacy and looseness in Edward Inchbold’s ‘Postcard For Bec’. Gestural brushstrokes in an earthy palette make for an interesting composition; a moody abstracted landscape that floats between viewpoints. Somewhat of a newcomer to painting, Inchbold’s spontaneity and unencumbered approach is refreshing.
