Ralph Stanton’s work is non-representational. He seeks to evoke feeling, space and atmosphere, with no particular “story” or message, more a “landscape of the mind”. Stanton imagines his work akin to music, speaking directly to the viewer, suggesting often unnamed emotional states. He has exhibited regularly since 1996 in over 40 group and solo exhibitions, most recently at Frances Keevil Gallery Double Bay, and at Jahroc Galleries, Margaret River, WA.
