- Prize begins October 2023 and closes midnight AEST December 31st 2023.
- Artist must be self-represented. We define this as not being formally represented by a commercial art gallery.
- One entry per artist. If an artist submits more than one entry, the first submission will be judged only.
- The prize of the Art Edit Self-Represented Artist Prize is a feature in Art Edit print magazine. The type of feature will be determined by Art Edit.
- Art Edit is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.
- Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
- In the event that the prize item is unavailable despite the promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
- Any response not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
- Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Art Edit reserves the right to change or cancel the promotion at any time and with no notification.
- If reasonable efforts to reach the prize winners fail, the next in line to win will be selected as the new winners.
