We do everything we can to ensure that your artwork arrives to you safe and sound and in a timely fashion, and that you fall in love with it! Below is a summary of our shipping conditions.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once you have completed your purchase of an artwork through the Art Edit online shop, we contact the artist with your address details and organise delivery with the associated freight provider, depending on the size, location and price of the work. The artist will endeavour to have your item shipped via the associated freight provider within 3-5 working days, depending on the location of the artist. We will contact you directly should there be any unforeseen delays.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. Your artwork should arrive within 14 working days after your purchase, depending on where you live.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer free shipping to all Australian addresses for artwork purchases. Your artwork is also fully insured against loss and damage for the time the artwork is in transit. For international shipping please contact website@artedit.com.au.

CAN I COLLECT AN ARTWORK IN PERSON?

Our artists live in various places around Australia. Their location is noted on the product page. Please contact us at website@artedit.com.au if you live in the same location as the artist and wish to pick up your work.

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO A P.O. BOX?

We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box. Please ensure that you specify a valid residential or business address during check out.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY?

Yes. All artwork deliveries take place during business hours between Monday and Friday. It is necessary for someone to be available to accept the delivery. Our carriers provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside, placement, or removal of packaging.

WHAT IF DAMAGE OCCURS DURING SHIPPING?

In the very rare case of damage occurring during artwork delivery, please contact us at website@artedit.com.au as soon as you can. If the work is returned to the artist within 7 days we can arrange a refund or, if it is one of a series, replace it.

CAN I RETURN AN ARTWORK IF I DON’T LIKE IT?

We offer a 7-day free returns policy on artworks if you change your mind. Within this period, you can return the artwork to us for an exchange or full refund. You must email us within 7 days of receiving your artwork stating that you wish you return the artwork and we will organise a return with the associated freight provider. We must receive the artwork back in the same condition you received it in order to receive a refund or exchange.
