This unique state image was created using the UV light sensitive photographic process known as Cyanotype. It was developed in 1840’s, produces a cyan-blue print & it is where the term ‘blueprint’ come from. I use the sun to expose my images rather than an artificial UV light source as I enjoy the variability it produces. Often I use the same negative to make my Cyanotypes but no 2 images are exactly the same.
