Description
This work, Colour flat Not no 20, made with Flashe (a vinyl acrylic paint from France) on premium birch ply. My work moves across from sculpture to painting. I use both media to develop and expand the ideas, a back and forth between the two.I find that working like this gives me a different perspective, a constant renewing of what I am working on. Sometimes the sculpture comes first, then a painting follows, other times the painting is first then I make the sculptural piece.Some works are stand alone while other are paired (sculpture with painting of the sculpture or vice versa) All works made in my studio.
